Recipe Name: Spanish Omelette
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 4 slices of jamon (Spanish cured ham)
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork.
2. Add the grated cheese and a pinch of salt to the beaten eggs and mix until well combined.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the jamon slices to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy. Remove the jamon from the pan and set aside.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
5. Place the cooked jamon slices on top of the omelette.
6. Carefully flip the omelette using a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
