Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup of rice

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
