Spicy Baked Fish with White Breadcrumb Crust

Ingredients:

- 4 sea fish fillets
- 1 cup white breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

4. Dip each fish fillet into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.

5. Place the fish fillets back onto the baking sheet.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

7. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and hot sauce.

8. Serve the fish with the spicy mayonnaise. Enjoy!
