Make Spicy Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables
Recipe Name: Spicy Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red chili pepper, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with a splash of soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat some vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated beef slices and cook until browned.
5. Toss in the diced tomato, potato, julienned carrot, and sliced red chili pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
6. Push the ingredients to the side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
7. Mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
8. Add the sliced banana and diced apple, stir to combine.
9. Pour in the milk and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
10. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and more soy sauce if needed.
11. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
