Recipe Name: Spicy Bengal Gram Curry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bengal gram (chana dal), soaked for 2 hours
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. In a pressure cooker, add the soaked Bengal gram, chopped onion, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
2. Add enough water to cover the ingredients and mix well.
3. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 3-4 whistles or until the Bengal gram is cooked and soft.
4. Once the pressure releases, open the lid and give the curry a good stir.
5. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
6. Serve hot with rice or roti.
