Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup black eyed peas, cooked
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cups collard greens, chopped
- 1/2 cup chile sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
2. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet with the bacon grease. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
3. Add the cooked black eyed peas and chopped collard greens to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for a few minutes until the collard greens are wilted.
4. Stir in the chile sauce and cooked bacon, mixing everything together well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
