Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken and Cheese Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp hot chili paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, heat some cooking oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

2. Push the cooked chicken to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet with the chicken and eggs. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

4. Stir in the cooked rice and hot chili paste. Mix everything together until well combined.

5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the flavors to meld together for a few minutes.

6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the rice mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.

7. Once the cheese has melted, remove the skillet from heat and serve the spicy chicken and cheese rice bowl hot.

8. Garnish with some chopped fresh cilantro or green onions, if desired. Enjoy your delicious and spicy meal!
