Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp hot chili paste
- 4 slices of bread, crumbled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, beaten eggs, shredded cheese, diced onion, hot chili paste, crumbled bread, and salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.

4. Stuff each bell pepper with the chicken and rice mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.

5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.

6. In a small bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with a little water to thin it out. Pour the mixture over the stuffed peppers.

7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

8. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Serve the spicy chicken and cheese stuffed peppers hot, garnished with some fresh herbs if desired.
