Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken and Lentil Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 1 cup Red lentils (masoor dal)
- 4 pieces Frozen paratha
- 1 Egg
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Chopped spinach
- 1 can Canned tomatoes
- 1 can Canned mixed beans (peas and carrots mix)
- 4 Chicken sausages, sliced
- 1 lb Lean ground chicken
- 2 Chicken burger patties, chopped
- 1/4 cup Strawberry syrup
- Oil
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- White vinegar
- Sweet heat sauce
- Sweet chili sauce
- French dressing
- Ketchup
- Hot sauce
- Chili powder
- Turmeric
- Cumin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chicken seasoning
- Ground cinnamon
- Paprika
- Seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp Minced ginger
- 1 tbsp Roasted garlic puree
- Curry powder
- Peanut butter
- Strawberry jam

Instructions:
1. Cook Basmati rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a pot, combine red lentils with water and cook until tender. Drain any excess water and set aside.
3. In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent. Add diced potatoes and cook until slightly tender.
4. Add chopped spinach, canned tomatoes, and canned mixed beans to the pan. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. In a separate skillet, cook sliced chicken sausages until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, cook lean ground chicken and chopped chicken burger patties until fully cooked. Season with salt, black pepper, chicken seasoning, and a pinch of curry powder.
7. Add the cooked lentils to the chicken mixture and stir well to combine. Adjust seasoning as needed.
8. Preheat a griddle or pan and cook frozen parathas according to package instructions.
9. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, white vinegar, sweet heat sauce, sweet chili sauce, French dressing, ketchup, hot sauce, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, salt, black pepper, chicken seasoning, ground cinnamon, paprika, minced ginger, roasted garlic puree, and a dollop of peanut butter.
10. Spread the spicy sauce mixture on the cooked parathas.
11. Fill each paratha with the chicken and lentil mixture, top with sliced chicken sausages, and fold over to create a stuffed paratha.
12. Serve the stuffed parathas with a side of Basmati rice and sliced bananas drizzled with strawberry syrup.
