Make Spicy Chicken and Rice

Spicy Chicken and Rice


- 2 cups of uncooked white rice
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2-3 chili peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

3. Add the chili peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the uncooked rice and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir to combine.

5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.

6. Serve the spicy chicken and rice warm. Enjoy!
