Make Spicy Chicken and Rice
Spicy Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown.
3. Add the chili pepper and tomato and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Serve the spicy chicken and rice hot. Enjoy!
