Spicy Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients:
2 cups of basmati rice
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 tablespoons of chilli sauce
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of pepper salt
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 eggs
4 slices of ham, diced
1/2 cup of milk
2 slices of bread, crumbled

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the basmati rice and cook for 10 minutes.

3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, red onion, chilli sauce, pepper salt, and oregano. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the cooked rice in the bottom of the dish. Top with the chicken mixture. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the top. Sprinkle the crumbled bread over the top.

6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the egg mixture is set.

7. Serve hot and enjoy!
