Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp hot chili paste
- 4 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.

2. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the shredded cheese.

5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, diced onion, diced bell pepper, hot chili paste, and cubed bread. Mix well.

6. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the chicken and rice mixture, and stir to combine.

7. In a small saucepan, heat the cream of chicken soup and milk over medium heat until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken and rice mixture and stir to coat everything evenly.

8. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.

9. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

11. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious and spicy chicken and rice casserole!
