Make Spicy Chicken and Vegetable Spelled Noodle Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken and Vegetable Spelled Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 8 oz spelled noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. Cook the spelled noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the diced tomatoes and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly softened.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
7. Add the cooked spelled noodles to the skillet.
8. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the noodles and chicken mixture.
9. Add the sliced red chili and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
10. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
