Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup curd
- Handful of mint leaves
- Handful of coriander leaves
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and marinate the chicken pieces in the beaten eggs for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until they turn translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and bell pepper. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and chilli powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil starts to separate.
5. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
6. Stir in the curd and water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Add garam masala, mint leaves, and coriander leaves. Cook for another 5 minutes.
8. Garnish with some more coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
