Spicy Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 chili pepper, diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 anchovies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chili pepper, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, anchovies, soy sauce, chili sauce, cumin, and turmeric to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the cooked chicken and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Cook until the rice is heated through, about 3 minutes.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
