Make Spicy Chicken Masala

Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken Masala

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- 2 tbsp oil

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chillies. Cook for a minute.
4. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add the chicken pieces and coat them with the masala mixture.
7. Cover and cook on low heat until the chicken is tender and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
