Make Spicy Chicken Pepper Chips

Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken Pepper Chips

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, marinate the sliced chicken breast with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, black pepper, and minced garlic. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken slices and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened but still have a crunch.

4. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet with the peppers and onions. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

5. Season with salt to taste and cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve the spicy chicken pepper chips hot with rice or noodles.
