Recipe: Spicy Chili Chicken with Tomato Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink.
3. Stir in the chili sauce and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. In a separate pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
5. Serve the spicy chili chicken over the tomato rice and enjoy!
