Make Spicy Corn and Salami Omelette
Recipe Name: Spicy Corn and Salami Omelette
Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- Handful of lettuce, chopped
- Handful of olives, sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 3 slices of salami, chopped
- Spicy sauce, to taste
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. In a skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
3. Add the diced tomato, corn kernels, bell pepper, and salami to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
4. Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetable mixture in the skillet.
5. Cook the omelette on low heat, lifting the edges to let the uncooked eggs flow underneath.
6. Once the eggs are mostly set, sprinkle the chopped lettuce and sliced olives on one half of the omelette.
7. Drizzle spicy sauce over the lettuce and olives.
8. Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
9. Cook for another minute until the omelette is cooked through.
