Spicy Egg Bhurji
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and green chilli and sauté for a few minutes until the onion is softened.
3. Add the chopped tomato and sauté for a few more minutes until the tomato is softened.
4. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir to combine.
5. Add the salt and stir to combine.
6. Cook for a few minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
7. Serve hot with chapatis or rice. Enjoy!
