Recipe Name: Spicy Egg Fried Rice

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 green chillis, sliced
- 1/2 cup non-veg paste (chicken, shrimp, or any meat of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Handful of curry leaves

1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the non-veg paste and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Push the non-veg paste to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side.
5. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the non-veg paste.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the non-veg paste and eggs.
7. Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and sugar over the rice mixture and mix until well combined.
8. Add the sliced green chillis, chopped coriander, and curry leaves to the pan and stir everything together.
9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
10. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
11. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Spicy Egg Fried Rice!
