Recipe Name: Spicy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon masala spice blend
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the chopped onions until they are translucent.
3. Push the onions to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the onions and eggs.
5. Sprinkle the masala spice blend over the rice and mix well.
6. Add the chilli sauce and soya sauce to the skillet and stir to evenly distribute the sauces.
7. Finally, add the cooked potatoes back to the skillet and mix everything together.
8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Spicy Egg Fried Rice!
