Spicy Fish Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed red chilies
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 pound fish fillets, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat on a gas stove.
2. Add the garlic, ginger, and chilies and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the fish cubes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour in the milk and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Serve over steamed rice. Enjoy!
