- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 4 eggs

- 1 large tomato, diced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
