Make Spicy Garlic Omelette
Recipe Name: Spicy Garlic Omelette
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined.
2. Add the wheat flour to the eggs and mix until there are no lumps.
3. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Add the green chilli and minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly.
6. Cook the omelette for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
7. Using a spatula, gently lift the edges of the omelette and tilt the pan to let the uncooked egg flow to the edges.
8. Once the omelette is cooked to your liking, fold it in half and transfer it to a plate.
9. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
