Spicy Gochujang Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken strips, sliced into thin strips
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1 cup cooked noodles
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chicken strips. Cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Add the gochujang to the pan with the chicken and stir to coat the chicken in the sauce.
4. Add the kimchi to the pan and cook for another minute.
5. Pour in the egg and milk mixture, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
6. Add the cooked pasta and noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until well combined.
7. Cook for another minute to heat everything through.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy gochujang chicken pasta!
