Recipe Name: Spicy Homemade Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 dried morita chiles
- 2 dried New Mexico chiles
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

1. Prepare the dried chiles by removing the stems and seeds. You can do this by tearing them open and shaking out the seeds. Cut the chiles into smaller pieces for easier blending.

2. In a small saucepan, combine the dried chiles, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, olive oil, and MSG. Heat the mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. This will help soften the chiles and infuse the flavors.

3. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor. Add the lime juice. Blend until smooth and well combined. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little water to reach your desired consistency.

4. Taste the hot sauce and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more salt, lime juice, or even a touch of honey for sweetness if desired.

5. Once you are happy with the flavor, strain the hot sauce through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any remaining bits of chile skin or seeds.

6. Transfer the hot sauce to a clean glass jar or bottle. Store it in the refrigerator for up to a month.

7. Enjoy your homemade spicy hot sauce on tacos, eggs, grilled meats, or anything else that could use a kick of flavor!
