Make Spicy Korean Beef Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Spicy Korean Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked white rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Serve the spicy Korean beef stir-fry over cooked white rice.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
