Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a long, sausage-like shape around the wooden skewers.
