Make Spicy Mackerel Wraps
Spicy Mackerel Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 mackerel fillets
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons of cooked rice
- 2 Turkish peppers, finely chopped
- 4 wraps
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place the mackerel fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the paprika over the fillets.
3. In a large bowl, combine the red onion, potatoes, rice, Turkish peppers, cheese, garlic, and ginger. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
4. Place the mixture on top of the mackerel fillets.
5. Bake the mackerel in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, heat the wraps in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
7. Once the mackerel is cooked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
8. To assemble the wraps, place some of the mackerel mixture on each wrap and roll up.
9. Serve the wraps warm. Enjoy!
