Make Spicy Pepper Chicken
Recipe Name: Spicy Pepper Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Stir in sliced bell pepper and onion, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stir well to coat.
7. Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
