Make Spicy Rice Cake and Fish Ball Stir Fry

Recipe: Spicy Rice Cake and Fish Ball Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice cake
- 6 fish balls
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 spring onion, chopped

Instructions:
1. Prepare the rice cake by soaking it in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften.
2. Cut the fish balls into halves.
3. In a bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
5. Add the fish balls to the pan and cook until they are slightly browned.
6. Add the softened rice cake to the pan and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to brown.
7. Push the rice cake and fish balls to one side of the pan and pour the beaten egg into the other side.
8. Scramble the egg until cooked and then mix it with the rice cake and fish balls.
9. Add the Gochujang to the pan and stir well to coat everything evenly.
10. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
11. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top before serving.
