Spicy Rice Noodle Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chili pepper, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 8 ounces noodles
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion, garlic, and chili pepper and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the noodles and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the cooked rice, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook until everything is heated through, about 5 minutes.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
