Recipe Name: Spicy Roti

Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Water as needed

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and chilli powder.
2. Gradually add water and knead the mixture to form a smooth dough. Add more water if needed.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles to form rotis.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place a roti on it. Cook for a minute or until bubbles start to form.
5. Flip the roti and drizzle some oil on top. Cook for another minute.
6. Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.
7. Serve the spicy rotis hot with your favorite curry or chutney.
