Spicy Shrimp and Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced peppers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup canned tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups ruccola
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and peppers and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the tomatoes, tuna, shrimp, mustard, and sriracha and cook for another 3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, and ruccola and cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Reduce the heat to low and add the eggs, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked through.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
