Recipe Name: Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 block of tofu, cubed
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- Assorted spices (such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and paprika)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the sliced onion and cook until translucent.
4. Add the diced potato and carrot, and cook until slightly tender.
5. Toss in the green beans and tomato, and cook until the vegetables are cooked but still slightly crisp.
6. Add the chilli flakes and assorted spices, and season with salt and pepper.
7. Return the cooked tofu to the pan and stir everything together until well combined.
8. Cook for another few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy tofu stir-fry!
