Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Water as needed
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
2. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
4. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
5. Add the diced tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the potatoes are cooked through.
7. In a separate bowl, mix the wheat flour with water to form a smooth dough.
8. Roll out small balls of the dough and flatten them to make wheat rotis.
9. Heat a skillet and cook the rotis on both sides until they are lightly browned.
