Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup beer
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 potato, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to break down.
4. Stir in the ketchup and beer, and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
