Spicy Vegetable Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
- Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)
- Vegetable oil (canola, cottonseed, palm)
- Salt
- Dehydrated vegetables (corn, carrot, onion, garlic, chive)
- Maltodextrin
- Sugar
- Monosodium glutamate
- Chili
- Habanero
- Paprika
- Spices (celery seed)
- Dehydrated soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt, chicken fat)
- Powdered cooked chicken
- Citric acid
- Potassium carbonate
- Sodium carbonate
- Natural flavor
- Hydrolyzed corn protein
- Hydrolyzed wheat protein
- Hydrolyzed soy protein
- Turmeric
- Sodium hexametaphosphate
- Silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent)
- Sodium tripolyphosphate
- Yeast extract
- Monosodium phosphate
- Disodium guanylate
- Disodium inosinate
- Lactose

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Add dehydrated vegetables and sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in enriched wheat flour and cook for a few minutes to make a roux.
4. Slowly pour in water while whisking to avoid lumps.
5. Add salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, chili, habanero, paprika, and spices. Stir well.
6. Mix in dehydrated soy sauce, powdered cooked chicken, and other seasonings.
7. Allow the soup to simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy vegetable noodle soup!
