Ingredients:
- 1 pound venison, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup pasta
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup peas
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced venison and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the eggs to the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked venison back to the skillet and stir in the dried parsley, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, cumin, and ginger.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, milk, soy sauce, mayonnaise, flour, and sugar. Pour this mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Add the cooked pasta and peas to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and everything is heated through.
