Lemon Garlic Salmon Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces uncooked pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

4. Brush the salmon fillets with the garlic mixture.

5. Bake the salmon for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.

7. When the pasta is done, drain and return to the pot.

8. Add the spinach to the pot and stir to combine.

9. Flake the cooked salmon into the pot and stir to combine.

10. Serve the salmon pasta warm. Enjoy!
