Spinach and Broccoli Egg Bake

Ingredients:

- 100 grams spinach
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the spinach and broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a greased baking dish.

6. Crack the egg over the vegetables and stir to combine.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg is cooked through.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
