Spinach and Cheese Frittata
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs until well combined.
3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
5. Pour egg mixture into skillet and stir to combine.
6. Sprinkle cheese over the top and transfer skillet to preheated oven.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
8. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
