Spinach and Feta Frittata

Ingredients:

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, dill, salt, and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

5. Pour egg mixture into skillet and stir to combine.

6. Sprinkle feta cheese over top.

7. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake until eggs are set, about 20 minutes.

8. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
