Spinach and Gouda Egg Bake
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 4-5 minutes.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
4. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Spread the cooked spinach in the bottom of the baking dish.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach.
7. Sprinkle the Gouda cheese over the top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
