Spinach Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients:

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.

5. Add artichoke hearts, spinach, white wine, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Pour the artichoke mixture over the chicken breasts.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
