Make Spinach Artichoke Tartines

Spinach Artichoke Tartines

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

2. Add the spinach and artichoke hearts and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.

3. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or under the broiler.

4. Divide the spinach artichoke mixture among the toast slices.

5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the tartines.

6. Place the tartines on a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
