Spinach and Cheese Egg Bake
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chopped spinach and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until wilted.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
5. Add cooked spinach and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
6. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with additional olive oil.
7. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until eggs are set and lightly golden.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
