Mushroom and Spinach Saute
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.
4. Serve warm. Enjoy!
